Side effects to inflammation may leads to temporary hair loss which leads to permanent hair loss due to damage of hair follicles if proper treatment to Seborrheic Dermatitis is not taken.It is found by some researchers that the yeast causing Seborrheic Dermatitis is the main reason for the hair loss.Dermatologist recommends topical treatment by using shampoos ,cleansers and lotionsthat contain antifungal,anti-inflamatory and keratolytic ingredients.One way of coming out of Seborrheic Dermatitis is by using a dandruff treatments an antifungal agent and a topical steroid.If this does not work short-term use of more topical steroid in a pulse fashion may be used.Therapeutic choices for pulse therapy may include non-flourinated class-III steroid or an extra potent class-I or Class-II steroid .This means that the class-III steroid should be used first.If it has not given response the clinician should go for class-I steroid.These potents agents should be applied once or twice per day on the face.Since the usage increases the frequency of the side effects the treatment must be stopped after two weeks.Though the cause of suffering from Zincplex is due to different factors ,the condition can be held under control with few measures.This disorder can be controlled by using medicated shampoos or cream.One should use special shampoos which contain Zinc,sulphur or salycilic acid.The removal of the bacteria and fungus and the likelihood of developing a follicular inflammation is reducing by a thorough cleaning of the scalp.
